Ashutosh leads our regional APAC Product Market Services (PMS) long-term oil products market outlooks and specialises in both market and asset analysis for advanced APAC economies. As part of the Refining and Oil Products team, his product coverage includes the Refinery Evaluation Model (REM), where he supports clients with refinery benchmarking analysis and insights. He also manages the downstream support channel for APAC. Additionally, Ashutosh has contributed to a wide range of consulting projects, including those in oil, chemicals, and carbon black.
Ashutosh joined Wood Mackenzie in 2023 from Mordor Intelligence, where he managed key market intelligence and consulting projects across the energy and chemicals sectors, specialising in carbon black and advanced carbon products. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Manager at PCBL Chemicals, where he led their Specialty Carbon Black division and laid the groundwork for both product development and manufacturing capabilities in this area.
