Regulatory approvals and commercial agreements advance: Q1 2017 North America LNG projects update

Project activity: Woodfibre will award an EPC contract following a competitive FEED between KBR and JGC America, which started October 2016. Magnolia extended the validity period of its EPC contract with KBR/SK E&C joint venture until mid-2017 FERC Queue: Magnolia LNG and Golden Pass received FERC authorisation. Port Arthur and Jacksonville LNG started the main filing. FERC denied Jordan Cove LNG and Pacific Connector Pipeline a request for rehearing FID tracker: Woodfibre's parent company, Pacific Oil and Gas, authorised funding necessary for the project to proceed. A final investment decision is expected once the EPC contract has been awarded. Marketing: Texas LNG announced 3.1 mmtpa of term sheets with potential customers in China and Southeast Asia.
