Report summary
Xinheng is a private company and has been importing alumina since the 1990s. The smelter was commissioned in late 2013 with one 500ktpa line. The second 500ktpa line was scheduled in year of 2015. The refinery is located in the Sanshangliang industrial park in Erdos City and the refinery produces SGA for its Yellow River smelter and for sale to third parties. The company plans to expand to 4000ktpa.
