Report summary
Petronas and ExxonMobil have made three deepwater discoveries in Block 52: Sloanea (2020), Roystonea (2023) and Fusaea (2024). The wells encountered light oil and gas-condensate in Campanian reservoirs, with higher gas content to the east.The addition of Fusaea in 2024 is enough to validate a small cluster oil development. We expect FID in end-2027 with production of these volumes via a single FPSO. Some 2.8 bcf of gas (primarily at Sloanea) is currently classified as technical reserves. ...
