Ula Pipeline

Report summary
The Ula oil pipeline was constructed to transport oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from the Ula field to the Ekofisk centre. The oil/LPG is then transported onward via the Norpipe Oil Pipeline to the Teesside terminal in the UK. The Gyda (now ceased) and Tambar fields started producing via the Ula pipeline in 1990 and 2001 respectively. Liquids from the cross Norway/UK border field, Blane, and the Oda field, which came onstream in 2019, are also transported via the Ula oil Pipeline.
